Now let’s thoroughly talk about these four BLs which aired throughout the 2022’s and made the year epic for the BL fans.
Cutiepie
One of the first hit BL series of 2022, which begin broadcasting in the first half of the year, around February and went on till May 14. Tells the story of two families, which bounded the faith of two individuals even before they could have gained the understanding of forever companionship.
Lian Kilen Wang and Kuea Keerati, you could say were two childhood friends with a bit of age gap between them and were more like brothers. Got bounded their faith when grandparents of theirs came in conclusion, for Lian to take in charge of Kuea’s everything, and become his future guardian as in partners for life, to which Lian agreed to show gratitude towards the elders.
Later, when the time came for them to finally get engaged with each other, Kuea came to know the biggest truth of his life; that the man he had liked all these years was going to marry him not out of ‘love’ but out of the ‘promise’ he had made years ago to the elders. This shatters Kuea’s heart completely and thus he decides to break off their their past engagement.
But There stands Lian not tilting an inch from the decision of their marriage agreement. So, what Lian’s gonna do next to pursue Kuea to get back into their marriage agreement?
KinnPorsche
The biggest hit of 2022, and still is popular with may fans till now, first ever to bring quality, amazing casting and a phenomenal story, all together on the table for the BL fans, and made a huge sensation after the early success of BLs around 2019-20 with Tharntype and 2gether respectively.
The story follows of two individuals, one works at a bar to run the house of two, to run the house of two, him and his younger brother, is a charming eye-candy, liked by everyone around him – Porsche.
On the other hand, is a very feared man throughout the whole under world of Thailand, the second son of Mafia Boss Korn Theerapanyakul, currently in power – Kinn.
A messy situation gets created when Kinn is chased down by one of his enemies by other clan and got saved by none other than Porsche, with his great fighting skills. Then starts the real drama, where Kinn has to induce Porsche, for him to give in and become his personal bodyguard, which is Porsche is deadly opposed to.
With no other way in hand, to create a beautiful and safe future for his little brother Porchay, Porsche gives in finally and becomes one of Kinn’s personal bodyguard. And thus a messy-sparkling-spicy love story of KinnPorsche begins, with so many unknown challenges ahead waiting for them.
Love in The Air
Another grand hit of 2022, which began broadcasting in the third of the year in August with 14 episodes in total including special episodes at the end of the series with a short break, was a spicy-sweet treat to the most of the BL fans after many exciting experimental stories that year, which mad a huge buzz among the viewers with an sweltering chemistry between the characters of the each couple. Such fascinating, such natural, such sizzling chemistry like no other before.
The drama is actually made on two inter-connected novel of two couples, named “Love Storm” and “Love Sky”. Love storm is the story of the 1st couple in the drama Phayu and Rain’s, which started from episode 1 and went on till the half of episode 7. And then begins the 2nd main couple Prapai and Sky’s part of the story, fully from the other half of the episode 7 to till 13.
It’s a story of two bestfriends – Rain and Sky in the architect department, finding their love in the most unexpected way.
Love Storm | Love Sky
Rain discovers the true color of the same man who had helped him a few days ago when his car’s tire got punctured on an empty road in a rainy night, and is now persistent to get revenge on him by getting that truth out in front of his friends/ everybody. But tangles himself in more as instead of revenge Rain vows to get that senior fall in love with him within a month.
Sky on Rain’s demand takes him to the illegal car racing street for Rain to get his revenge on Phayu, which creates trouble for Sky, when the security identifies him as non-regular, but eventually gets saved by a handsome man named Prapai, but in excahnge of saving him, Sky has to give the man something in return?
Agreeing on the term Sky spends the night with the man with the intention of not seeing him anymore. But what happens when a few days later the same man appears in front of him and starts to pursue Sky?
My School President
My School President starts streaming at the last of the year 2022 in December with in total 12 episodes, gains loads of love from the viewers with its boundless sweetness throughout the show.
School’s principal makes a new rule to eliminate clubs which are not beneficial for school’s reputation. Gun’s music club is at top of that list to get terminated soon. In this situation Gun is ready to do everything in his hand to save the club.
Tinn is the son of the principal who has a secret crush on Gun, and desires to win Gun’s love at any cost. Seeing Gun in trouble he takes the decision to run for the School Body President’s election and wins too. The duty of club termination falls on him soon as he gets elected. Which soon makes Tinn Gun’s sole enemey. But as Gun is ready to do anything to save the club, he almost begs in front of Tinn for help. Seeing the opportunity Tinn tries to get closer to Gun.
But there’s still an object stands between him and his love. In order to to date Gun, first Gun’s club needs to win Hot Wave Music Contest. Now what would Tinn and Gun do to win both the competition and their love?
