Well, the answer is — “Yes!” In the season of endless announcement of the up coming’s, we got another blasting update relating to the first ABO Chinese BL. The first Omegaverse themed Chinese BL which was to be serialized in the beginning of 2023, but couldn’t happen at last, now the officials has updated regarding it’s production being done around 70%, hinting the series coming to the screen soon.
The first announcement after 2023 was made in June, stating the shooting for the drama will be starting soon around July, 2024. It was also reveled then, that the workshop for the series was completed and the casting details too would be revealed soon along with the posters of them being in it. Although recently the posters indeed got revealed by the official through their weibo account, but the actors identities haven’t been revealed yet.
The upcoming Chinese BL is the adaption of a widely known Omegaverse themed novel of author Nong Jian, a story of a Enigma pretending to be an Omega X S-level Alpha. The series’ broadcast license is sold to Taiwan for further process for airing. According to sources the series will be having a total of 13 episodes, each being around 30 minutes long.
