New WeTV Original BL ‘Nour’ Starts Strong on Its Premiere with the First Two Episodes
New supernatural, investigative crime BL ‘Nour’ had its premiere today on August 25, 2026 with the first two episodes of the series airing on WeTV.
The fantasy BL ‘Nour’ is a WeTV Original series in collaboration with the company, Tailai Entertainment, which previously produced renowned Thai BL series of 2025, ‘Top Form’, an adaptation of the popular Japanese BL manga ‘Dakaichi: I’m Being Harassed by the Sexiest Man of the Year’ by Sakuragi Hashigo.
Originally, the series ‘Nour’ started its production under WeTV Original and Tailai Entertainment after the announcement on March 25, 2026 regarding the recast for the main character for the series ‘Akina’, as the previous lead actor, Boom Raveewit Jirapondkanon, was withdrawn from the work in series due to health issues.
Later the series ‘Akina’ got rebranded as ‘Nour’ with re-casting almost three-quarter of new replacements along two of the four main leads, on April 3, 2026.
The production of supernatural, investigative BL ‘Nour’, casted Tongtong Kitsakorn Kanongtorn as Ken, Boss Patthakarn Thanasiriudom as James, Toey Pongsakorn Mettarikanon as Jirat and Phoom Chawonwat Thongyoo as Chita in the leads of the series.
‘Nour’, the BL series, directed by the same director of ‘Top Form’ (2025), Boss Wasakorn Khumklaowiriya, and produced by WeTV Original in co-operation with Tailai Entertainment, released three official teaser of the series collectively in the span of two and a half month. Starting on May 22, 2026, the officials revealed the first official teaser of the series, then on July 21, 2026 the second teaser got revealed and finally on August 13, 2026 the final teaser of the series got unveiled.
The series ‘Nour’ primarily focuses on the two couple’s own journey to the truth in their own way.
In a world, where hides timeless creatures like ‘Nour’, a full human with a wicked curse of immortality in a very small number. No matter what length they go to, just to die, they absolutely cannot do so. Until, they find the person who has the ability to kill creatures like them, the ‘Nours’.

How the episode one and two of the new BL ‘Nour’ truly turned out
True to its genre, the supernatural, crime-investigating BL series, ‘Nour’ has successfully presented the combination feelings of mystery, suspense and thrill all together within its first two episodes, marking a head-strong start on its airing.
What was not there on the first ‘two’ episodes of the series? It had it all, the immense tension and chemistry between the main characters, the feeling of boundless excitement as more evidence relating to the cases got unfold, and the sudden initiated intimacy between the leads. It was a full packed prepared meal for the viewers to be honest.

In the episode one of ‘Nour’, we get to have a glance at the backstory of ‘Nour’ aka Ken, now a superintendent of the Special Investigation Unit posted at Nakhon Sawan Provincial Police Station, who is in charge of the ongoing serial arson murder cases and an introduction of Inspector James, another investigator from the Special Investigation Unit 6, who has been assigned on the same series of cases by the National Police Headquarters.
On the other hand, we also get to see the other main couple of the series, Dr. Jirat, a Forensic Pathologist working along Ken on the cases and his future love interest Chita, who works under a body rescue team, later got recruited as the assistant of Dr. Jirat, himself.
The first episode of the series started off with showing the recent case of the ongoing arson murder series which is being overlooked by both, Inspector Ken and James, shifted its focus onto the next case of murder of a university student later on the second episode.
The student murder case, which is not caused by arson, still somehow managed to connect to the creature ‘Nour’, suspected by the locals as usual for the strange way of death.
The series ‘Nour’ is currently being streamed exclusively on WeTV, every Wednesday at 20:00 PM ICT. Also, the first two episodes of the series ‘Nour’ are free to watch on the official streaming platform, WeTV.
